Picture House

The former home of Britannia Music in Ilford has been transformed into a residential community. Our initial brief was to raise awareness of the rental opportunities to commuters. The site faces the railway line connecting Ilford with Central London, and we successfully used the building side to promote the homes, which drove enquiries literally overnight. Site amenities were marketed on the external facing lower level picture windows. As the interior design scheme was starting to take shape, we designed the internal wayfinding scheme to compliment the look and feel of this iconic building.
